Reclamantul are voie sa posteze in acest topic doar o singura data, atunci cand posteaza, conform modelului, plangerea in cauza. Cel reclamat nu are voie sa posteze, isi poate prezenta pledoaria pentru nevinovatie (in caz ca aceasta exista) trimitand un PM liderului factiunii.
